"Selfie Magic Shoes" Take Photos with Your Toes! Manufacturer: It's Not an April Fools' Joke

Ever since major tourist attractions around the world started announcing bans on selfie sticks, many travelers have been left scratching their heads—after all, one of the things Taiwanese people are internationally known for is taking photos. On April 1, U.S. shoe company Miz Mooz announced the development of "Selfie Shoes", which allow you to place your phone at the front of the shoe and control it with your toes. The biggest advantage of this product? You won’t get caught—because the Louvre is unlikely to just confiscate your shoes and make you walk around barefoot.

Given the somewhat sensitive timing of the release, the official website specifically emphasized"These shoes have absolutely nothing to do with April Fools' Day".
