Spring has arrived, and everything is coming back to life. The plants in Guandu Nature Park are gradually donning their spring attire, vying in beauty and splendor, creating an absolutely stunning sight. Pink and purple flowers such as spiranthes, brunnera, and neolitsea are blooming one after another, officially heralding the arrival of spring.

Guandu Nature Park notes that the delicately charming "spiranthes," resembling the dancers in spinning skirts FS, is the most approachable wild orchid, found on grasslands below 1,000 meters in altitude. Its peak blooming period is around the Qingming Festival, hence it is also known as the Qingming herb. Brunnera, inconspicuous as a humble blade of grass underfoot when not in bloom, quietly unfurls a purple floral carpet on the grassy fields under the clear sky as daylight hours gradually lengthen after the Beginning of Spring—only the observant can spot it. Meanwhile, the neolitsea, which stands bare on its winter branches, immediately bursts into beautiful purple blossoms when spring arrives, filling the air with a rich floral fragrance carried by the breeze. Everything takes on a different ambiance to welcome the arrival of spring.
