As Mother’s Day approaches, the Dongshi Forest District Office has specially planned an interesting and free “Paulownia Flower DIY Activity” on the 10th within the Daxue Mountain Forest Recreation Area, inviting all the amazing moms to step into the mountains and forests and experience the comfort and tranquility of nature.

Situated at an altitude of 1,800 to 2,996 meters, the Daxue Mountain Forest Recreation Area encompasses rich warm, temperate, and cold forest zones, each with unique ecological landscapes. Strolling along the trails amid lush trees, you can enjoy the sounds of insects and birds and experience the vitality of Daxue Mountain in late spring and early summer.

To show gratitude to mothers, the Daxue Mountain Forest Recreation Area has organized a fun DIY event on Mother’s Day, May 10th, allowing moms to participate in a free paulownia flower DIY activity at the Visitor Service Center. The event will be held twice on the day, once in the morning and once in the afternoon, with 20 participants per session and a total limit of 80 people. Interested moms can sign up at the Visitor Center starting at 9:00 AM on the day of the event, on a first-come, first-served basis until all spots are filled.
