Shopping while my wife shops? Osaka’s first “sky runway mall” has opened!

Guys who accompany their partners to the mall no longer have to worry about being bored during shopping sprees. The recently opened Osaka Morinomiya Q’s Mall, which debuted at the end of April, features a 300-meter-long green running track on its rooftop, making it Osaka’s first-ever “sky runway mall”!

Spanning approximately 6,934 tsubo (about 22,900 square meters), Morinomiya Q’s Mall is a shopping complex that combines sports and retail. Aside from the 300-meter rooftop track, which is the mall’s most eye-catching feature, the facility also includes a mini soccer field, swimming pool, and gym. The management has also announced that the sky runway is open to the public free of charge, so even if you’re not here to shop, you can still enjoy a run in the sky.
