The Kaohsiung International Travel Fair (KTF) will take place from this Friday, May 15 to 18, at the Kaohsiung Exhibition Center ! The Tourism Authority of Thailand has invited Lion Travel, JETOUR, Five Star Tours, and Southeast Travel to jointly promote Thailand this year. Lion Travel is offering on-site discounts of NT$500 to NT$1,000, while Southeast Travel and JETOUR are offering discounts of NT$1,000 and NT$2,000 respectively ; and Five Star Tours is offering a “two-person trip, second person saves NT$4,000 ” deal . Travelers planning a trip to Thailand can take advantage of these special fair discounts .

The Tourism Authority of Thailand has themed this year’s travel fair around “ 2015 : Discover Thai Happiness , ” and has specially planned seven unique themed travel experiences , includingThai cuisine , Thai art , Thai lifestyle , Thai wellness , Thai festivals , Thai wisdom , and Thai fun— such as how to enjoy Thai tom yum soup , the Wai Khru ceremony before a Muay Thai match , understanding the interaction between mahouts and elephants , and how Thai herbal massage compresses are made , among others .
