1. Salzburg Manor
The homestay owner’s daughter, who is studying music and loves the movie "The Sound of Music," created this homestay with the movie theme as its backdrop. It is also the second home of the homestay family after moving from Taipei to Hualien. The manor architecture, centered around a castle, offers views of the Central Mountain Range, Qilai Mountains, and Huatung Valley. It was also a filming location for the idol drama "Flipped."

The castle is surrounded by the little white flowers mentioned in the movie. Inside the castle, the classical style predominates, with warm red-brick-colored floors in a rustic style, home decor items brought back by the owner during travels in Europe, as well as a stone fireplace. It also offers double rooms and quadruple rooms. The bedroom and living room feature a loft design paired with a full set of solid wood furniture. The windows are two floor-to-ceiling windows, allowing guests to enjoy mountain views from multiple angles in their rooms.

2. Stuart Ocean Manor
A British-style European manor castle is located beside the East Coast. Its bright yellow tone stands out especially along the coastline. The homestay owner, during a trip to Europe, learned that“King James I's achievement in unifying England and Scotland laid the important position of the Stuart dynasty in British history”so he began constructing his own castle in the style of a dynasty. Here, they offer both Chinese and Western breakfasts, English afternoon tea, and due to its unique geographical location, every unit enjoys views of the sea and the sunrise.

3. Wr Casia Manor Homestay
Located near the Yunshan Water Natural Ecological Area and set among fields, with continuous mountain ranges as its backdrop, it presents a pastoral-style manor and won the top prize in the 2013 Life Workshop decoration competition. In addition to accommodation, the manor also offers a variety of afternoon teas made with all organic ingredients.

The homestay owner said: “We want to provide a natural and comfortable environment, upholding the heart of caring for family to provide the manor’s supplies and food, just as we use L'Occitane bathing and skincare products and the Lyle’s mattress recommended by the American Chiropractic Association. The ingredients are sourced locally from Shoufeng, using organic or non-toxic natural materials. We prepare dishes without MSG, canned broth, any improvers, leavening agents, artificial flavors, or colorings. Each dish is not overcooked and is made from ‘real food.’”

Currently, the available accommodation types include double rooms and quadruple rooms. The VILLA double room also offers an outdoor swimming pool. As soon as you open the doors and windows of the room, you can step into a natural pastoral scene.

4. Hanami Happy Manor
A French countryside-style homestay, resembling a castle, is said to be a Valentine’s Day gift from the male owner to the female owner. Located by the lake, the scenery is arranged with some dwarfs to create a fairy tale atmosphere. With a scene reminiscent of a small French manor, it has also attracted many couples to take wedding photos and hold weddings here, making it a veritable wedding manor. Since 2015, mushroom houses have been added to attract more guests to book stays.
