Currently, passengers arriving by air and sea only need to provide a 48-hour pre-trip negative test report, and do not need to be tested or quarantined after entry. Passengers entering by land from Malaysia do not even need to undergo a 48-hour pre-departure test.

Last Friday was a public holiday, and there was a long queue at Woodlands Checkpoint on Thursday evening, preparing to leave the country for a vacation in Malaysia. On that day, 112,700 people traveled to Malaysia by land. According to official information, a total of 436,800 people traveled by land between Singapore and Malaysia last weekend.

Among them, 242,500 people entered Singapore; 79,200 people took buses or walked, 105,300 people drove themselves, and 58,000 people rode motorcycles. 194,300 people left Singapore; 61,900 people took buses or walked, 77,600 people drove themselves, and 54,800 people rode motorcycles. Since the border was fully opened, from April 1 to last Thursday, 662,900 people left Singapore by land and 601,700 people entered Singapore by land.
