Rules for leaving Guangzhou

It is recommended that the general public should not leave their crops unless necessary, and they must have a negative nucleic acid test certificate within 48 hours.

Regulations for entering Guangzhou

1. People coming (returning) from outside the province to Guangzhou will undergo nucleic acid testing twice in three days (at least 24 hours apart) and self-health monitoring for 11 days. In principle, the first three days will be "two points (residence and work point) and one front line". They will not take buses, subways and other public transportation, and will not gather or have dinner together.

2. People who have traveled to (or returned from) Guangzhou in prefecture-level cities (districts of leagues, prefectures, and municipalities) with local epidemic reports in the past 14 days will be subject to 3 days of home health monitoring and 11 days of self-health monitoring (novel coronavirus nucleic acid monitoring on days 1, 3, 7, 10, and 14). They will not go out unless necessary for the first 3 days, and will not return to work or school.

3. The residence history of counties where high-risk areas are located (districts, county-level cities of sub-provincial cities and prefecture-level cities, and streets of municipalities directly under the Central Government), medium-risk areas (or those that need to be managed with reference to medium-risk areas after assessment) and the townships, towns, and streets (municipalities directly under the Central Government) where they are located People arriving (returning) to Guangzhou with a travel history of (communities) are subject to "14 days of home quarantine" (the time is calculated from the district where they leave the local city, league, state, or municipality, the same below), and nucleic acid testing is carried out on the 1st, 3rd, 7th, 10th, and 14th day. Persons coming (returning) to Guangzhou who have a history of traveling to cities located in medium- and high-risk areas within 14 days must provide a green "Health Code" and a negative nucleic acid test certificate within 48 hours.

4. Persons who have a history of traveling to (returning to) Guangzhou from high-risk areas will be subject to "14-day centralized quarantine" (the time is calculated from the district where they left the local city, league, state, or municipality, the same below), and nucleic acid testing will be conducted on the 1st, 3rd, 7th, 10th, and 14th day.

5. For those who come (return) from Shanghai to Guangzhou and have a place of residence in Guangzhou, they will be quarantined at home for 7 days and perform self-health monitoring for 7 days. During this period, nucleic acid tests will be collected on the 1st, 3rd, 7th, and 14th days. For those who do not have a place to stay in Guangzhou and need to stay overnight in Guangzhou, the local prevention and control office will coordinate with the transportation and other departments to transport them to a specialized hotel in the territory (they will not be mixed with the isolation hotel for inbound travelers) at their own expense. If there are plans to leave Guangzhou, the local prevention and control office will coordinate with the transportation department and send them to the transportation station.

Persons coming (returning) to Guangzhou with the above-mentioned residence history shall proactively report to the community (village), unit, and hotel within 12 hours after arriving in Guangzhou, and cooperate with relevant health management. Before the results of the nucleic acid test are obtained, it is recommended to stay at home and avoid unnecessary crowd gatherings.
