According to the requirements of the relevant superior departments on epidemic prevention and control during the exhibition, strict online registration of real-name information or on-site registration of real-name information is now implemented for all media personnel participating in interviews and reports of this auto show. When registering for a media card online or on-site, please use the reporter's personal ID card and mobile phone number to register. The registration information must be filled in and uploaded in detail (basic information, ID information, mobile phone number, contact address, original press card, relevant certification materials, etc.).

Media credentials for this auto show will be bound to the ID card information of media personnel. The current foreign epidemic situation is still severe and complex, and local epidemics have occurred in many domestic provinces and cities. Our city's task of "preventing foreign imports and domestic rebound" is very arduous. In order to consolidate the current results of epidemic prevention and control, build a solid line of defense for epidemic prevention and control, and protect the health and safety of citizens, in accordance with changes in the epidemic situation at home and abroad, the announcement on strengthening the epidemic prevention and control work in our city is as follows:

1. Continue to implement measures to prevent foreign imports. Strengthen the closed-loop management of immigration personnel and ensure seamless point-to-point connection. All arrivals from abroad (whose destination is Guangzhou) will be subject to "14 days of centralized quarantine + 7 days of home quarantine + 7 days of self-health monitoring". After the quarantine is released, free nucleic acid testing will be conducted in the hospital on the 23rd and 28th day after entry with a certificate of release from isolation.

2. Further strengthen the health management of personnel coming (returning) to Guangzhou. Persons who have traveled to (or returned from) Guangzhou with a history of residence in high-risk areas will be subject to "14-day centralized quarantine" (the time is calculated from the district where they left the local city, league, state, or municipality, the same below), and nucleic acid testing will be conducted on the 1st, 4th, 7th, 10th, and 14th day. People who have traveled to (or returned from) Guangzhou with a history of staying in medium-risk areas (or who have been assessed to be managed according to medium-risk areas) will be subject to "14 days of home quarantine" and nucleic acid tests will be carried out on the 1st, 4th, 7th, 10th and 14th days. For those coming (returning) to Guangzhou who have a history of living in high-risk areas (or those that need to be managed with reference to high-risk areas after assessment), a "7-day home quarantine + 7-day home health monitoring" will be implemented, and nucleic acid testing will be carried out on the 1st, 3rd, 7th, and 14th days. For those who have a history of living in prefecture-level cities (districts of leagues, prefectures, and municipalities directly under the Central Government) with local positive cases, "two tests in three days" (with an interval of 24 hours) and 14 days of home health monitoring will be implemented, and a nucleic acid test will be done on the 7th and 14th days.

For those who come (return) to Guangzhou from other provinces (autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the Central Government) where domestic epidemics have occurred, they should take a nucleic acid test as early as possible at the airport, train station or within 24 hours after arriving in Guangzhou, and self-monitor their health for 14 days. Persons coming (returning) from other provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government) to Guangzhou should take the initiative to take a nucleic acid test within 48 hours after arriving in Guangzhou.

3. Do a good job in home health management. During the period of home health monitoring, citizens should do self-health monitoring, measure body temperature every day, cooperate with nucleic acid testing as required, avoid going to crowded places, avoid participating in gathering activities, take personal protection when going out, wear masks, and avoid taking public transportation. If abnormal symptoms such as fever, cough, or weakened sense of smell and taste occur, go to the designated hospital for investigation in a timely manner.

4. Strengthen personal protection and travel history reporting. Citizens are requested to continue to take good personal hygiene protection, reduce unnecessary gatherings, avoid staying in confined spaces for long periods of time, and maintain good living habits such as wearing masks, washing hands frequently, ventilating frequently, and maintaining social distance. Actively cooperate with relevant prevention and control requirements such as temperature measurement and code scanning (lighting) inspection in various places and units. In the near future, avoid non-essential travel to medium- and high-risk areas and areas where local positive infections have been reported. Pay close attention to the epidemic information in various regions in the country. If there is any intersection or overlap with the announced itineraries of local positive infections that have been reported in China, or if there is a recent travel history of local positive infections in the province (autonomous region, municipality directly under the Central Government) where the local positive infection is located, you must proactively report to the community (village) or community, unit, hotel, and hotel within 12 hours, and cooperate with various health management measures. If you feel unwell, seek medical treatment promptly and proactively report your travel history to the medical institution.

5. Strengthen prevention and control in key places. People gather in closed and semi-closed places such as cinemas, chess and card rooms, entertainment halls, Internet cafes, sports venues, shopping malls, supermarkets and other places across the city to strengthen the cleaning, ventilation and disinfection of public areas. Special personnel are arranged at the entrance to take temperature and check health codes, and remind people to scan the pass code and wear masks correctly.

6. Strengthen traffic prevention and control. Citizens taking subways and buses must have their temperature taken, show their QR code, and wear masks. Passengers taking taxis and online ride-hailing services at Baiyun Airport and railway stations (Guangzhou Station, Guangzhou East Station, Guangzhou South Station, Guangzhou North Station, Qingsheng Station, Xintang South Station, etc.) must show their QR codes and wear masks. People who are not "green code" are not allowed to take public transportation. Staff should take personal protection.

The above prevention and control measures are dynamically adjusted based on the epidemic risk assessment results and superior work requirements. This notice shall be implemented from the date of issuance.
