On March 11, Ji Guang Xiang Xiang Chicken launched a new product, the “Focaccia Sauce Chicken Leg Burger,” featuring an Italian-style Focaccia bread with the aroma of olive oil. It’s filled with freshly fried fennel chicken leg meat glazed with aged vinegar sauce, paired with shredded cabbage and rich tartar sauce—offering a sweet and tangy flavor with multiple textures, distinct from typical fast-food burgers.
