Amid the pandemic atmosphere, Global Mall is going all out to capture the Mother’s Day market. Following the March 16 opening of the first “Bite 2 Eat” store in Nangang, Global Mall has introduced nearly 40 exclusive or new-format dining and lifestyle home stores, including the first “Iron Hotpot” location at Global Mall Banqiao Station, which debuted on April 1, offering affordable personal meat hotpots.

The sister brand of “Iron Beef Steak,” renowned for its premium Japanese wagyu, “Iron Hotpot” has launched its first outlet, which officially opened on April 1 at Global Mall Banqiao Station. To celebrate the opening, a wave of promotions is available from April 1 to 5: dine in a group of four and check in on-site to receive a complimentary plate of American Prime-grade wagyu ribeye (valued at NT$438).

“Iron Hotpot” offers seven specially crafted broths: pork bone, kelp, satay, stone pot, mushroom, spicy, and radish-clam. These are paired with premium Japanese wagyu, American Prime-grade, and chilled aged meats. There are also unlimited sides such as wagyu braised pork rice, wagyu curry rice, drinks, and desserts—all starting from just NT$298 per person.

The “Chengzhen Coffee” New Taipei City flagship store, which opened late last year at Banqiao Station, is known for its strawberry soufflé, strawberry cocoa, and rainbow rice. Recently, it has launched an eye-catching new dish: “Spicy Secret Sauce Braised Shrimp.” Using Sichuan-style spicy seasonings and cooked with shrimp, the dish delivers a numbing yet not overly spicy flavor. It is served with a colorful rainbow rice made from red rice, quinoa, and turmeric, plus fresh seasonal vegetables—healthy and appetizing.
