Mitsui Media Park Linkou Development Plan Announced: A New 310-Store Complex Mall to Be Born

MITSUI OUTLET PARK Linkou, which opened in January 2016, officially marks its fifth year this year, while MITSUI OUTLET PARK Taichung Harbor, which opened in December 2018, has also attracted large crowds of visitors. Now, Mitsui Fudosan Group has once again announced a mixed-use commercial facility development project adjacent to MITSUI OUTLET PARK Linkou, known as the “Linkou Media Park.”

This mixed-use commercial facility is planned to house approximately 90 stores. When integrated with the existing 220 stores at MITSUI OUTLET PARK Linkou, the total will reach around 310 stores, offering a richer and more diverse range of services. In addition to attracting more customers seeking leisure and shopping, the project will also strengthen the introduction of dining, large specialty stores, and entertainment brands.

In particular, the strengths of Mitsui Fudosan—such as international brands, Japanese brands, and outlet brand merchandise—will be emphasized. In addition to enhancing the brand strength of products, resource integration in operations and services with MITSUI OUTLET PARK Linkou will be carried out to meet the needs of even more consumers.
