Since the completion of its new terminal, Songshan Airport has given many travelers a refreshing experience. The “Fashionable Shopping Street” at the International Terminal Mall, developed by President Chain Store, officially opened on the 24th. Focused primarily on shopping and supplemented by dining, it includes 11 brands such as 7-ELEVEN, Watsons, OPEN PLAZA, Chun Shui Tang Tea House Qiushan Hall, Wei Ge Bakery, Yu Zhen Xin, and Wan Yi Foods. For the first time, it also introduces “Art Space Shop,” featuring top-tier handcrafted artworks from Taiwan, allowing travelers to take home more of Taiwan’s artistic essence.

The “Fashionable Shopping Street” covers nearly 500 ping of space. With the overall concept of “Taiwan’s Artistic Vibe, Connecting with the World,” it is divided into four sections: “Convenient Taiwan,” “Floral Taiwan,” “Arts & Culture Taiwan,” and “Premium Taiwan.” The first floor houses the nation’s first composite concept store of 7-ELEVEN, Watsons, and OPEN PLAZA, offering over 6,000 items in a 57-ping space to meet consumers’ comprehensive needs for health and beauty, dining, and souvenirs. A 160-ping public area features sofa seating, ASUS slide-out tablet PCs, 24-hour computers, free charging stations, and Wi-Fi zones.

The second floor is the main mall located next to the international terminal boarding gates, covering 280 ping. It incorporates the refined style of Japanese department stores, featuring Taiwanese crafts, local specialties, and light meals. First-time brands include Chun Shui Tang’s tea brand Qiushan Hall and Yufeng Tea, Taichung specialty Yu Zhen Xin, Wan Yi Foods, and Wei Ge Bakery. Dining options focus on light meals, with the presence of Starbucks and Chun Shui Tang.

In addition, various promotional activities are available during the opening period. Chun Shui Tang offers a buy-one-get-one-free deal on pearl milk tea for customers who check in on Facebook, and a pearl milk tea voucher for purchases over NT$300. From October 24 to 26, Yufeng Tea offers a buy-4-get-1-free deal on oolong tea, while Wei Ge Bakery offers a 20% discount storewide. Yu Zhen Xin’s classic buttery crispy pastry gift boxes and Wan Yi Foods also have various promotions. The public is welcome to take advantage of these offers.
