Surrounded by mountains and featuring vast waters, the Mingde Reservoir boasts crystal-clear lake water that reflects the shadows of the hills, creating a serene and picturesque landscape. In the middle of the reservoir lies the Xinri Island, which is encircled by water and accessible via Bridge No. 1 and Suspension Bridge No. 2. Walking across the suspension bridge allows you to look down at the lake surface and gaze at the beauty of the surrounding mountains. Especially when mist shrouds the lake, the ethereal mountain scenery and mirror-like water resemble an ink-wash landscape painting.

Located next to the Mingde Reservoir, this flower trail begins at an emerald bamboo forest with a small stream running alongside, giving the tung blossom path a unique charm. Just beyond the bamboo grove, a snowy-white floral scene unfolds, as blooming white flowers resemble mountain sprites gently falling. There aren’t many visitors here, allowing you to enjoy the flower spectacle in solitude.
