Located at the southernmost tip of the Mariana Islands, Guam covers an area of 550 square kilometers, making it the largest island in the Micronesian region. The island has a population of approximately 170,000. Over the past 25 years, this cultural event has annually gathered island nations from the Micronesian region to participate together, including the Federated States of Micronesia, Rota Island, Saipan, Tinian, as well as the Republic of Kiribati, Nauru, the Republic of the Marshall Islands, and Palau. They all come together to celebrate the largest cultural carnival in the Micronesian region, where the unique ethnic cultures of each area are prominently displayed.

Here, you can fully indulge in a diverse range of local handicrafts, carved art, and traditional cuisine. The event offers free entry to all tourists, and to encourage participation from Taiwanese visitors, the Guam Visitors Bureau has specially prepared beautiful souvenirs for Taiwanese attendees.
