Organized by Sky Media’s Light Travel Channel and PK Bar of YAM.com, the “Taiwan’s Most Dreamy Afternoon Tea PK” event invited over 40 establishments nationwide. Following selections by food critic mystery diners and online voting, the top five were chosen. The L’Aube English Afternoon Tea Set at Beitou L’Aube Hot Spring Hotel secured the fifth place, earning praise from both experts and netizens. This has made the already fully booked L’Aube even more in demand, with afternoon tea slots now fully reserved through November.

As early as 5 a.m. every day, before sunrise, the aroma of freshly baked bread fills the air. Upholding a commitment to handmade and all-natural flavors, the pastry team at Beitou L’Aube bakes all required treats by hand daily. From a variety of breads for breakfast, delicate desserts for lunch and dinner, to every tasty item in the afternoon tea selection, the meticulous care of L’Aube can be seen in every detail.

In line with modern health-conscious trends—focusing on ingredients, cooking methods, freshness, and flavor—the L’Aube English Afternoon Tea Set, presented on a classic three-tiered stand, is not only elegantly arranged on a uniquely designed square tray, but also features treats made from purely natural ingredients and handmade daily. Items such as chocolate cupcake, handmade bread, and French macarons... are all sweet yet not cloying, with each bite offering the freshness of just-baked goodness. Many dessert aficionados have become instantly hooked.

Beyond sweets, the L’Aube English Afternoon Tea Set also offers delicious savory options. Chef-baked French savory tarts, truffle scallops bursting with umami, and Japanese-style salads further delight the palate. The melt-in-your-mouth tart fillings are rich with cheese and buttery flavors, while the golden crusts offer a satisfyingly crisp texture that feels like dancing on the tongue—making them a highly popular choice.

Additionally, the L’Aube afternoon tea set provides a selection of 15 beverage choices, among which the “Selected Taiwanese Teas” category is the most favored by guests. As a homegrown Taiwanese brand, L’Aube uses numerous local ingredients, especially Taiwan’s pride—tea—which is definitely not to be missed.

The package includes 5 vouchers (redeemable for 4 afternoon tea sets on weekdays or holidays, and 1 weekday afternoon tea set), with a total value of NT$3,190. Priced at a special offer of just NT$2,000 per set, it’s perfect for both first-timers and seasoned tea lovers.
