White tiger makes an appearance at Korean LV? Louis Vuitton has launched a new concept store on the first and second floors of COEX Hyundai Department Store in Seoul. This is also the first Louis Vuitton concept store to open inside a department store in Korea.
To celebrate the opening of the new store, Louis Vuitton specially invited London-based artist Billie Achilleos, known for creating whimsical animal designs using the brand’s leather goods, to conceptualize an original animal that represents Korea. Using the Damier Azur canvas, released to commemorate the 125th anniversary of the iconic Damier pattern, Billie Achilleos crafted a 1.8-meter-long white tiger. Its charming and playful appearance has delighted many. The white tiger will not only be displayed at the COEX concept store but will also tour various Louis Vuitton stores across Korea.![](\"/pic/20200316/123b43685656ef78615209024fecdd9d.jpg\")

Men might be particularly interested to know that the COEX Louis Vuitton concept store is the only one in Korea—and the ninth in the world—to offer a bespoke belt service. Customers can choose from five types of calfskin (grain, waxed, patent, suede, classic), three rare leathers (ostrich, python, crocodile), eight colors, four leather texture treatments, and three different belt sizes to create their ideal combination.
