Taipei City has been organizing an international creative competition since 2011 to encourage creators in Taipei's digital content industry to produce innovative, international, and marketable digital content products, aiming to establish Taipei as the design capital of the digital content industry. The goal is to promote continuous improvement in the quality of digital content creation and the development of marketable works, thereby invigorating the growth of the digital content industry. This year marks the third edition of the Taipei International Digital Content Design Competition, with entries from 45 countries and a total of a thousand submissions, of which 74 works were selected as winners.

The Taipei Travel Guide Taipei Ultimate Guide, which won the Silver Award in the Mobile Value-Added Application Creation category and the Special Award from TransAsia Airways, is a brand-new travel guide that combines the rich content of Taipei Complete Domination with the features of portable mobile devices. It elevates the content from simple reading to the level of service and application. In addition, the Taipei Travel Guide Taipei Ultimate Guide can be read offline, allows users to search for attraction distances and directions, and features a user-friendly and well-designed interface.
