The Mendenhall Glacier Cave in Glacier Bay National Park and Preserve, located in the U.S. state of Alaska, has a glacier approximately 19 kilometers long, 2.4 kilometers wide, and up to 30 meters thick at its deepest point. It is named after American scientist Thomas Crowin Mendenhall. The ice caves showcase incredibly magnificent wonders that fully demonstrate nature’s extraordinary craftsmanship. In particular, the ice clouds on the cave ceiling are crystal clear, adorning the cavern like a magnificent palace.
