The “In Between Steakhouse” on the second floor of Songshan Eslite Hotel offers a Mother’s Day set menu featuring two specially prepared main course options. One choice is the “Low-Temperature Oven-Baked American Prime Ribeye Steak,” made with top-grade chilled imported American ribeye, seasoned with sea salt, French mustard, and black pepper. It’s slow-cooked in a low-temperature oven at 65°C for 12 hours to lock in the beef’s natural juices and achieve a tender medium-rare texture throughout. Served with rich mashed potatoes, this elevates the flavor of the ribeye. The other option is the “Steamed Deep-Sea Blue Grouper,” specially prepared for beauty-conscious moms. Rich in collagen and delivered fresh without freezing, the blue grouper is steamed to preserve its full nutritional value. Paired with sweet clams, king oyster mushrooms, white beech mushrooms, edamame, and Italian basil, this dish offers healthful, anti-aging benefits, letting moms enjoy a nutritious meal without worrying about excess calories.
