Gudetama has opened a limited-time café at HEP FIVE in Osaka’s Umeda district, featuring a Japanese-style theme with as many as 16 original menu items, including Gudetama rice bowls, desserts, and themed lattes—all incredibly cute. In addition, a Gudetama-themed merchandise shop has been set up on the seventh floor of HEP FIVE during the event period, offering a variety of adorable Gudetama goods available for early purchase. Moreover, beyond the themed café at HEP FIVE, various shops in the Umeda area are collaborating with Gudetama to offer exclusive merchandise and decorations throughout the summer.

● Hong Kong’s “Squishy Egg Café” Exhibition

In addition to the latest “Japanese-Style Gudetama Themed Café” in Japan, to celebrate its tenth anniversary, Langham Place Mall in Mong Kok, Hong Kong, has specially collaborated with Sanrio to launch the “Squishy Egg Café” exhibition. It kicked off on July 7, creating a Gudetama café that features three different cuisine-style Gudetama-themed restaurants along with a Gudetama pop-up store. The event will continue until September 6, and its adorable and lazy charm has already attracted numerous fans to visit.
