MITSUI OUTLET PARK unveils two limited-time flower-viewing attractions this spring in 2020, spectacularly making their debut!

MITSUI OUTLET PARK in Linkou has launched the “Wisteria Flower Sea Secret Land,” showcasing the romantic beauty of what is hailed as the world’s most beautiful flower — wisteria. Taichung Port, on the other hand, presents the “Sakura Shrine Park,” skillfully combining the elegant pale pink of Somei Yoshino cherry blossoms with the vibrant allure of mountain cherries to create Central Taiwan’s largest realistic cherry blossom forest, extending the typically short blooming period of just a few weeks into a full three months.

MITSUI OUTLET PARK Linkou has introduced a spring-limited “Wisteria Flower Sea Secret Land,” where real wisteria plants and imitation branches of Japan’s popular “Noda Fuji” variety are interwoven to craft a dreamy seascape of cascading purple blooms!

This “Wisteria Flower Sea Secret Land” features three must-see highlights during its limited run: the “Wisteria Flower Corridor,” where flower clusters pour down like waterfalls; the “Flower Mirror Lake,” reflecting delicate petals on the water’s surface; and the traditional Japanese “Engawa” veranda adorned with drooping wisteria. Simply sitting under the “Engawa” eaves allows you to take in the breathtaking view of wisteria-covered scenery and enjoy a uniquely serene Japanese-style moment. If you're lucky enough to visit when the spring fog rolls in, it adds an even more dreamy and romantic ambiance!

From now until mid-June, the in-mall dining outlets will also offer picnic takeout meal combos. Shoppers can leisurely stroll through the OUTLET amidst the blooming flowers, enjoying the fun of an outdoor Japanese-style flower-viewing picnic without even leaving the country.
