Real-life Noah's Ark – The World’s Most Unique Floating Villa

Dubai has become synonymous with luxury in recent years, constantly creating architectural landmarks that are the best in the world. In addition to having the tallest tower globally, it plans to build the world’s most unique floating villas in the future. Launched by Dubai’s Kleindienst Group, “The Floating Seahorse” combines the concepts of a luxury home and a yacht to create a one-of-a-kind floating villa. The villa has three floors and is not only situated on the sea surface but also features the world’s first underwater villa, resembling a modern-day miniature Noah's Ark.

“The Floating Seahorse” stands three stories tall, divided from top to bottom into the deck, lounge, and underwater bedroom. To create a feeling of harmony with nature, nearly all surfaces are made of glass walls. Even the lounge floating on the water surface features large floor-to-ceiling windows, offering panoramic views of the coral gardens and marine life in the Arabian Gulf.
