Japan - Starting from 00:00 Japan Time on February 13, 2020, in addition to Hubei Province, entry restrictions have been expanded to include "foreign nationals who have stayed in Zhejiang Province, People's Republic of China within 14 days prior to the date of application for entry into Japan" and "foreign nationals holding passports issued by Zhejiang Province." Entry into Japan is generally prohibited unless there are special circumstances (the above measures still apply to foreign nationals who have visited Hubei Province within 14 days prior to arrival and those holding passports issued by Hubei Province).
