Wu Pao-Chun’s Taipei flagship store withdrew from Songshan Cultural and Creative Park’s Eslite Bookstore in mid-August, then made a grand reopening on August 28 in a brand-new look and format. Not only does it offer 60 freshly baked breads daily, including those from 16 countries around the world, but also five exclusively designed bread meals paired with delicious coffee from Fika Fika Café, and you can even toast your own bread!

The newly reopened Wu Pao-Chun Mai Fang Store in Taipei’s Xinyi District offers a new-format experience service, featuring four main highlights. These include the store being concepted as a “World Bread Story Museum,” the first-ever “Bread Culture Salon,” five specially co-designed coffee beverages with Fika Fika Café, and fashion-forward bakery uniforms created exclusively by designer APUJAN Zhan Pu.

Taipei flagship store offers 60 freshly baked breads daily, with over 10 being specialty breads from various countries—allowing everyone to travel the world through bread. These international bread varieties also include newly launched options such as Brazilian cassava bread, Swedish crisp rye bread, British raisin scones, Japanese melon pan, and Italian focaccia. Additionally, a must-try is the Taiwan-style scallion bread full of local flavor!

This time, Wu Pao-Chun’s Taipei flagship store has also specially launched a “Bread Culture Salon,” setting up 30 seats inside for exchanging knowledge and culture about bread. There are also five exclusively designed bread meals, where you can not only enjoy Wu Pao-Chun’s award-winning breads but also experience innovative activities such as toasting your own bread.
