Hidden floral paradise in the city!

The most visually stunning lavender fields of Furano have arrived. The unique slope terrain of Toishitou Sansanki Park creates a multi-layered flower sea landscape, now newly unveiled. At the same time, to ensure visitors have a fulfilling day, a special collection of nearby popular attractions and specialty foods has been gathered to launch a “Food & Travel Map,” covering food, fun, and sightseeing all in one.

Toishitou Sansanki Park is located on the hillside green space opposite the Xiu Shan Fire Station at No. 50 Xiu Shan Road, Beitou District. It was previously a raw material supply area for Taiwan’s ceramic industry, rich in historical and cultural elements.

In addition, it is adjacent to the Guizikeng Soil and Water Conservation Area, making it quite unique. Unlike typical parks, its development plan incorporates elements of natural ecology, local culture, history, and landscape art.

Situated on the edge of the Beitou urban area, Toishitou Sansanki Park was created using over 90,000 pots of vibrant flowers and plants to mimic the Furano flower sea, crafting a local landscape that helps residents connect with the area and revitalize the locality.

The flower varieties selected for the Toishitou Sansanki flower sea mainly include three types: Salvia splendens, Begonia semperflorens, and Senecio cineraria. Planted in a crisscross pattern, they present a rich color palette and multi-layered visual effects. The blooming period lasts until the end of February, so photography enthusiasts shouldn’t miss this new, picturesque check-in spot.
