Starting Tuesday, April 2nd, the northeast monsoon will weaken slightly, with temperatures rising somewhat compared to Monday. On the 2nd and 3rd, there will be brief showers in northern and eastern parts of the country, with scattered brief showers also possible in mountainous areas of central and southern Taiwan. Other regions will be mostly cloudy.
On the 4th and 5th, there will be brief showers in northern and eastern parts of the country, with temperatures ranging between 18–22°C. Central areas will see temperatures between 19–23°C, and southern areas between 22–27°C. Other regions may also experience scattered brief showers. Be sure to carry rain gear if you plan to go out, travel, or visit gravesites.
On Saturday, the 6th, there will still be scattered brief showers in eastern parts of the country and mountainous areas of the western part, while other regions will have mostly cloudy weather.
During the Qingming holiday, areas such as Kinmen, Matsu, Penghu, and the western part of Taiwan are prone to localized fog or low clouds that may affect visibility. Pay extra attention to sight lines when going out or driving.
