Free for children under 12 years old!* Top 10 amusement park deals during the Qingming holiday

With the four-day Children’s Day and Qingming holiday just around the corner, many have already visited their ancestors’ graves early and planned family outings. Amusement parks across Taiwan are gearing up to offer various promotions—not only discounted tickets for kids, but also special deals for adults, all set to make this Children’s Day full of laughter.

Leofoo Village
During the Children’s holiday from April 4 to 7, children aged 12 and under (limited to elementary school age and below) get in FREE, parents pay NT$520 each (original price NT$999). Even if you’re not bringing kids, you can purchase limited early-bird tickets on the official website—no entry requirements, no ID needed, just NT$550 per person.
 
Additionally, from April 1 to 30 for Social Workers’ Day, tickets are just NT$199. During the event, professional social workers/staff, or teaching/research students in the “social sciences,” can present 2019 volunteer certificates to enjoy the same NT$199 rate for themselves, with accompanying friends/family getting a discounted rate of NT$599 (up to 3 people).
 
Miniature World (Little People’s Land)
Buy a child ticket for NT$399 on-site from April 4 to 7 to enter, and you’ll receive a free dinosaur hat (one of five random designs: Brachiosaurus | Pterosaur | Stegosaurus | Triceratops | T-Rex, while supplies last). Other special offers at Miniature World have been available on the official website for some time.

Lihpao Land
During the holiday from April 4 to 7, Lihpao Kids’ Festival allows children under 12 (born after April 1997) in for FREE—one child must be accompanied by one adult purchasing a full-price ticket (NT$750 for Exploria World / NT$350 for Sky Dream Ferris Wheel).
 
Janfusun Fancyworld
During the holiday from April 4 to 7, if your ID number contains the digits 5, 2, or 1—you get discounts: match one digit for NT$399, two digits for NT$299, three digits for NT$99 (valid ID required). The event also adds three water attractions (Big Bowl, Big Dock, Tornado).
 
E-DA World
From April 4 to 7 for Universal Kids’ Joy, same price for adults and children (discounted price NT$580, NT$580 for ages 13 and up), kids get half off (for ages under 13, 3–5 years old NT$225, 6–13 years old NT$290).

Yehliu Ocean World
From April 4 to 7 for Piggy Class Reunion, all kids born in the Year of the Pig in Taiwan get in FREE. Those registered in Hualien or with ID starting with U: children under 12 get in FREE, 13 and up pay NT$250. (Adults show ID, kids show health insurance card + household registration copy).
 
Taiya Resort
During the holiday from April 4 to 7, all kids born in the Year of the Pig get in FREE without paying admission (also applies to campers), general park admission is just NT$199 (original NT$450), holiday accommodation has no extra charges and is an extra 20% off, plus join Taiya LINE@ to get an additional NT$500 discount on lodging.

Doraemon Science Theme Park
During the holiday from April 4 to 7, kids under 3 get in FREE, all other children enjoy the universal kids’ price of NT$320.

Chiansi Pi Jiangnan Resort
From April 1 to 14, children under 12 get in FREE (no admission fee), accompanying family members can enjoy child-rate admission. During the event, every child who enters gets a free “3D postcard.” From April 4 to 7, guests who stay overnight also get a free bottle of clam essence and one pack of probiotics per person.
 
Zouma La Farm
The holiday features FREE entry for children under 12, and other general admission tickets are available at a preferential rate of NT$200.
 
West Lake Resort
4-day on-site ticket purchase during April 4 to April 7, share the official Facebook pinned post, and get 1 child under 12 years old admitted for free.

 

The northern and eastern parts of the country will be relatively cool and damp, with mostly cloudy and rainy weather during the Qingming holiday.
