World’s Most Loved Airlines   EVA Air Ranks Third

The “Travelers’ Choice” list of best airlines, announced by a travel product platform, crowned Singapore Airlines as the winner in 2019. Taiwan’s EVA Air climbed two places from last year to secure third place globally as the best airline, while also earning the honors of Asia’s Best Premium Economy Class and Best Business Class.

Among the newly announced top ten best airlines worldwide, four Asian airlines received recognition: Singapore Airlines in first place, EVA Air in third, Japan Airlines in fifth, and All Nippon Airways in tenth. Additionally, there were two Middle Eastern airlines—Qatar Airways in second and Emirates in fourth.

The award list is based on the quantity and quality of airline reviews and ratings submitted by global travelers over the past 12 months. The common traits of the winning airlines are exceptional service, quality, and value for money.

In addition to the global top ten list, the “Travelers’ Choice” also selected the best airlines in eight regions: Africa and the Indian Ocean, Asia, the Caribbean, Europe, Latin America, the Middle East, North America, and the South Pacific and Oceania. This award also named the top airlines in four cabin service categories, including First Class, Business Class, Premium Economy, and Economy. Other categories include Best Low-Cost Airline, Best Major Airline, Best Medium Airline, Best Regional Airline, and Best Regional Business Class.
