This year’s Starbucks Mother’s Day cakes include newly launched Rose Cheese Mousse Cake and Summer Calpis Cake, among others. These refreshing, guilt-free, and slightly romantic treats celebrate this special day for mothers everywhere. The outer packaging of the gift boxes also centers on the theme “Thank you with all my heart,” extending the floral symbol of mothers—carnations—into the box design. Purple, pink, and nude tones are accented with multiple hearts, and the soft, gentle hues complement the tenderness of mothers, representing heartfelt gratitude.

6-inch Rose Cheese Mousse Cake
From now until May 5 (Sunday), Starbucks is offering a 10% discount on pre-orders for Mother’s Day cakes at all Taiwan stores. There is also an A-store order, B-store pick-up service available nationwide. In response to the sunny and pleasant weather of spring and summer, from now until May 12, customers who purchase one 6-inch or 8-inch cake can also add a coffee to-go box for just NT$400. This is perfect for enjoying a relaxing picnic with mom. Starbucks Rewards members can also enjoy an 85% discount on 6-inch and above chilled cakes purchased from now until April 23, making gift shopping more convenient.

Cheese Blueberry Cake
Among this year’s Starbucks Mother’s Day cakes, the most anticipated is the newly launched “6-inch Rose Cheese Mousse Cake.” It features a dense red velvet cake base paired with a lightly tangy and refreshing lychee mousse, a layer of chewy peach jelly in the middle, and is topped with fragrant rose petal jelly. The rich fruity aroma offers an elegant freshness, and its romantic, refined appearance is sure to win over moms.

6-inch Summer Calpis Cake
Another newly launched Mother’s Day cake is the “6-inch Summer Calpis Cake.” It uses a plain baked cheese base, interlaced with passion fruit mousse and lemon jelly, topped with a Calpis-flavored mousse. Its light, refreshing, slightly sour and sweet taste is not overly cloying, making it another favorite for moms.
