North, South, and Keelung Fun Card Gets a Major Upgrade: Free Admission & Merchant Discounts All in One Card

Since its launch a year and a half ago, the North, South, and Keelung Fun Card has sold 160,000 units. To provide better service, the Unlimited Explorer Card has now been fully upgraded. The number of attractions covered has increased from 12 to 16, and it also comes with 3 bonus shopping district gift packs. Best of all, “more content at no extra cost”!

The Unlimited Explorer Card combines unlimited public transport rides, admission to 12 attractions, and discounts at over 200 merchants, making it highly popular among international tourists. It includes the fashionable and bustling Taipei 101 Observatory, the historically rich National Palace Museum, the joyful and touching Children’s Amusement Park, Shilin Official Residence, the Miramar Ferris Wheel, the Gold Museum, the naturally carved Yehliu Geopark, the Tamsui Historic Museum, Tamsui - Fisherman’s Wharf (Taipei Shipping), the Chu-Ming Art Museum, as well as the Policing Lantern Museum and the Keelung Marine Science and Technology Museum.

To offer better services to travelers, 4 new attractions have been added starting today, including the Maokong Gondola, Taipei Zoo, Miniature Museum, and Peace Park. These four new sites allow the Unlimited Explorer Card to truly take visitors “up the mountains, down to the sea, through history, across the city, into nature, and full of fun,” showcasing the greater diversity of the Greater Taipei area and bringing enjoyment and relaxation throughout the trip.

This time, in partnership with 3 distinctive shopping districts in Taipei, a gift pack service is offered. Purchasers of the Unlimited Explorer Card or Classic Attractions Card will receive 3 shopping district gift packs covering Yongkang Shopping District, Dadaocheng Shopping District, and Breeze Taipei Station, featuring a total of 48 discounted merchants. Among them, 13 items are free of charge, along with multiple bonus offers and volume discounts, with a total value exceeding NT$7,000.
