Coffee Circle Spotlight: Xingbo Coffee 2.0 Flagship Store Grand Opening

Xingbo Coffee Simple Kaffa was originally located on the basement level of HOTEL V in the East District shopping area. Recently, the store announced that the old location will remain open until the end of March, while a new “Simple Kaffa Flagship Xingbo Coffee flagship store” has been opened near the Huashan 1914 Creative Park. The new store is housed in a two-story renovated traditional building, offering significantly more space than before. Its interior design is absolutely stunning, attracting many coffee enthusiasts to visit right after opening.

Xingbo Coffee is operated by world coffee champion Wu Zelin. The shop mainly offers light roast as well as medium and dark roast pour-over coffees, along with espresso and creative coffee drinks. It also serves non-coffee beverages, handmade cakes, and savory snacks.

Aside from coffee, many also flock to the store for its desserts. Signature offerings include the semi-sweet honey cake “Wrinkles,” matcha rolls, and tri-color sweet potato toast.
