Who says young people only prefer Western or Japanese-Korean cuisine? The newly opened "LiLi Restaurant" on the 2nd floor of "Breeze Taipei Station" is embarking on a revolutionary transformation of Chinese food with the spirit of the European Renaissance—developing a pocket menu designed specifically for young people.

Not only does it preserve time-honored traditional flavors, but it also injects stunning creativity that "stimulates all five senses," such as serving salads in a colorful "aquarium." Pork belly and cucumber can even be seen "swinging together."

Even Dongpo pork, which tempted the Northern Song literary master Su Shi, has found a "gorgeous girlfriend." Even the fried shrimp in a bento box gets dressed up in "silk" to pose and "seduce" consumers.

It also features pairings like "Shaoxing wine meets chicken, dried melon strips with cordyceps flower and jellyfish head," with deliciousness so intense it leaves early tasters feeling emotionally overwhelmed. These creative touches bring ingredients to life, instantly bridging the gap between young people and Chinese cuisine—and making this one of the most talked-about trendy Chinese restaurants this spring equinox.

LiLi’s Wild Game Platter

Since its establishment in 2014, LiLi has pursued the ambition of a "Chinese cuisine revolution," breaking through the dominance of international cuisines in the vast market and maintaining a leading edge. Upholding management philosophies such as "chain without replication," "Eastern ingredients with Western thinking," and "blending old and new"... it also showcases regional and ethnic characteristics in its dishes, deeply resonating with young people and shattering the stereotype that "only middle-aged and elderly people enjoy Chinese food."
