Plus, you can indulge in the beloved Japanese beef tongue and the tender, springy Matsusaka pork from the premium pork section.

Shabu-shabu beef tongue is one of the most classic and popular dishes at Genyudana in Japan. The amount of tongue obtainable from a single cow is very limited and precious. Sliced thinly to the perfect ratio for hot pot, it has a delicate texture and chewy bite after cooking, with a uniquely bouncy flavor that’s unforgettable.
