When in bloom, the beautiful silk tree creates a magnificent spectacle with its numerous, vibrant blossoms, primarily in purplish-red or light pink, hence it’s also known as the “Beauty Cherry Blossom.” The flowering season typically runs from autumn to early winter, with each tree producing around 5,000 to 6,000 flowers. When in full bloom, it’s a breathtaking view and has become a popular spot for photos.

2. Firecracker Flower Wall
 
Located at the Eco Park in Tongluo Industrial Park, Miaoli, this spot is famous for its firecracker flower sea pathway. The flowers begin blooming in late January each year and continue until early March. The clusters of flowers resemble strings of firecrackers bursting open, creating a stunning orange waterfall that stretches hundreds of meters, offering a truly amazing view.

3.Kawazu-zakura (Early Cherry) Tunnel
 
Covering nearly 20 hectares, the Phoenix Nature Education Area is planted with hundreds of tea plants and Kawazu-zakura cherry blossoms. When cherry blossom season arrives, the pink floral sea complements the camellias, creating a breathtakingly beautiful landscape. Along the park’s 333-step stone stairway, cherry trees line both sides, forming a cherry blossom tunnel that draws many visitors specifically for cherry blossom viewing and photography.

4.Yellow Trumpet Tree Tunnel
 
The south levee of Taibao Stream has become a popular attraction for yellow trumpet trees in recent years. When in full bloom, the golden-yellow beauty livens up the entire community and even causes major traffic jams. Currently, there is no traffic control in place, and the flood prevention road sees heavy foot and vehicle traffic—so extra caution is advised when taking photos. The blooming season is around March each year.
