As the hot summer arrives, Starbucks has introduced a variety of distinctive iced drinks on June 12, including one with a light base of matcha, lychee, and aloe, mixed with watermelon juice Frappuccino blended with chia seeds, then topped with lychee whipped cream. The “Watermelon Lychee Aloe Frappuccino” features an adorable watermelon slice-like appearance that conveys the vivid impression of summer.

The Caramel Coffee Frappuccino, which launched in early May, has been luxuriously upgraded this time with the addition of coffee “planets” mixed with Starbucks coffee beans, now called the “Starbucks Coffee Planet Frappuccino.” Biting into the coffee planets releases bursts of coffee flavor, adding to its richness.

The must-have cold brew coffee for summer also debuts a new flavor, “Lemon Pomelo Cold Brew Coffee,” featuring the fresh aroma of lemon, blended with red pomelo syrup and honey, further highlighting the chocolatey sweetness and citrus flavor notes inherent in cold brew coffee — a summer iced drink coffee lovers shouldn’t miss.

Additionally, there’s the “Red Bean Whipped Cream Frappuccino,” which combines sweet red beans with white mocha sauce for another delightful summer sweetness.

Under the blazing summer sun, this season’s coffee beans also include the “Blossom Breeze Blend,” ideal for brewing iced coffee. It is made from carefully roasted Latin American and East African coffee beans. When served over ice, it delivers a richly flavored taste with moderate body, balanced texture, and a smooth caramel-like quality.

On June 12, Starbucks also launched a variety of pastry and food items. This season includes several classic French offerings, such as “Beef Bourguignon (served with focaccia),” where selected beef ribs are simmered with potatoes, onions, broccoli, and more in a rich sauce made with red wine and various spices. Another is “Provençal-Style Pork Stew (served with bread),” based on a refreshing tomato sauce with French herbs, along with vegetables like white cauliflower and corn, paired with specially prepared spiced pork slices, best enjoyed with small round buttery bread dipped in sauce — one bite and you’ll feel like you’re in the south of France.
