What’s “The Devil Hunter” about? Wen Zihan (Zhuang Kaixun) is a hot-tempered detective investigating a headless female corpse case. He crosses paths with the cold and composed forensic doctor Han Xueling (Shao Yuwei) during the autopsy. Their investigation leads them to discover that the victim once underwent breast augmentation surgery at a clinic owned by Gao Junwei (Fu Mengbo). Han Xueling suddenly reveals to Wen Zihan that she dated Gao Junwei in college and even helped him fabricate evidence in a case, making Gao the prime suspect. But when Wen Zihan visits the clinic for further investigation, he finds even more suspicious details. Meanwhile, Gao Junwei arranges a meeting with Han Xueling, but she ends up stabbing him. Their complicated relationship complicates the case even further, keeping the truth shrouded in mystery...
