The renowned New York-based dessert brand Lady M made its debut in Taiwan in early 2017, attracting dessert enthusiasts from all over. Even now, getting a table at the Taipei flagship store often requires a short wait. On August 23, 2019, the Taichung branch opened its doors, introducing itself to consumers in central Taiwan through its presence in the Shin Kong Mitsukoshi Zhonggang Store in Taichung, marking the brand's second location in Taiwan.

The Lady M Taichung branch offers only takeout, with no dine-in seating. Each customer is limited to a maximum of 12 pieces per visit or one 9-inch cake. The store also features an exclusive canvas insulated bag for Taichung. From August 23 to August 31, the Shin Kong store in Taichung will offer 80 limited daily sets—choose any four cakes plus a canvas insulated bag for just 1,399 NTD. Starting September 1, buy two cakes and get a canvas insulated bag (originally 599 NTD) for an additional 399 NTD. Limited quantities available, while stocks last.

Location: No. 301, Section 3, Taiwan Boulevard, Xitun District, Taichung City (1F, Shin Kong Zhonggang Store, Taichung) Business hours: Monday to Friday 11:00 - 22:00; Saturday to Sunday and holidays 10:30 - 22:00 (the store may close earlier if cakes sell out)
Other: Parking for up to 30 minutes is available for purchases over 500 NTD, with a maximum of 4 hours free parking per day (subject to Shin Kong Mitsukoshi department store regulations)
On the opening day, August 23, the first 200 customers who spend over 500 NTD can receive one premium balloon upon presentation of their receipt. (One per person, no cumulative gifts, while supplies last)
