The annual music festival that fans have been eagerly anticipating, the "Gongliao Ocean Music Festival," is being held at Gongliao Fulong Beach from August 30 to September 1, with three consecutive days of rock performances. Join in on the hottest summer music event of the year, with more transportation services and shuttle buses added. Here are six ways to get there so you can enjoy the music festival and have a smooth trip.

The Gongliao Ocean Music Festival will be rocking for three consecutive days from August 30 to September 1.
Six Major Transportation Measures
1. During the event, 10 additional round-trip train services between Taipei and Fulong will be added, along with 8 extra stops, to ease passenger congestion. Passengers heading toward Keelung are advised to transfer at Qidu Station or Badu Station to reach Keelung.
2. Bus: You can take a Keelung bus from National New City, Ruifang, or He Mei stations to Fulong, or take a Kuo-Kuang bus from Taipei Railway Station’s North Gate 1.
3. If you need to transfer to the Taipei MRT, please check the last train schedules for each station in advance to plan your transfer accordingly.

4. Shuttle Buses: The music festival offers free shuttle buses for three consecutive days, running daily from 10:00 AM to midnight, with a frequency of about 10 to 15 minutes and departure once full. Shuttle bus pick-up points include:
Taiwan Route 2: Event venue, Longmen Sports Park, Aodi Baseball Field
Taiwan Route 2B: Event venue, Tianliaoyang, Shuangyu Assembly Hall, Mingdeng Bridge, Waterworks, Xinghua Store, Brick Factory, Gongliao Junior High School

5. If you’re driving, small vehicle parking is available at: Dongxing Temple Parking Lot, one side of Dongxing Street Lane 106, one side of Longmen Sports Park and adjacent roads, both sides of Taiwan Route 2B, and Aodi Baseball Field, offering parking for nearly 2,000 cars.
6. Motorcycles can be parked on the sidewalk in front of Fulong Elementary School, with a capacity of about 170 motorcycles.

In addition, police traffic units, Ruifang Precinct officers, and volunteer traffic assistants will help direct traffic and manage congestion. Congested sections and their timing will be adjusted flexibly based on traffic conditions. Over these three days of high-energy rock performances and diverse music genres, fans can enjoy the music to the fullest while traveling smoothly and returning home safely.
