The annual Mid-Autumn holiday is just around the corner, and gathering with friends for a riverside barbecue is a must-do tradition. A total of 19 riverside parks in Taipei and New Taipei have been opened to let citizens enjoy moon-gazing and grilling by the river during this special reunion season.

When grilling in designated areas, remember to clean up after yourself to help maintain a tidy environment. Do not start open fires directly on lawns or facilities like tables and chairs to avoid hazards.
Riverside parks always get lively during the Mid-Autumn holiday.
To ensure order, cleanliness, and safety, patrols will be conducted during the festival to prevent unauthorized barbecues in non-designated areas or risky outdoor cooking activities.
Guanshan Riverside Park offers beautiful nighttime scenery, making it a popular spot for Mid-Autumn barbecues.

Regularly Open Sites
1. Yanping Riverside Park: Designated area at the plaza in front of Yanping Temple.
2. Huazhong Riverside Park: Designated area on the north side under the Huazhong Bridge along the bike path.
3. Daonan Riverside Park: Designated plaza between the riverside parking lot upstream of the Left Bank MRT Bridge and the bike path, and the circular plaza at the Hengguang Bridge ramp downstream on the Left Bank.
4. Baiying Right Bank Riverside Park: Designated area at the plaza under the Baiying Bridge.
5. Chengmei Left Bank Riverside Park: Designated area on the waterfront promenade from 320 meters upstream to 130 meters downstream of the Rainbow Bridge.
6. Chengmei Right Bank Riverside Park: Designated area on the waterfront promenade between the Chengmei Changshou Bridge and the Mackay I Bridge.

2. Guanshan Riverside Park: Designated area under the Neihu Bridge on the highway.

5. Yuanshan Riverside Park: Designated area around the ice-skating rink upstream of the Zhongshan Bridge.
6. Baiying Left Bank Riverside Park: Designated area at the plaza under the Baiying Bridge and under the Zhuomei Bridge.
7. Daonan Riverside Park: Designated areas under the Wanshou Bridge on both the left and right banks.
8. Jingmei Riverside Park: Designated area under the Beixin Bridge.
9. Fuhe Riverside Park: Designated area under the Fuhe Bridge.
10. Machangting Memorial Park: Designated area in front of the Machang Evacuation Gate Plaza.
11. Huazhong Riverside Park: Unused idle spaces under the Huazhong Bridge, the circular plaza on the downstream side, and under the Guangfu Bridge.
12. Shuangxi Riverside Park: Designated areas under the Fulin Bridge and Wenchang Bridge on the left bank, and under the Yunong Bridge on the right bank.
