The ultimate limited-edition sweets are here – Bake brings together four popular brands to create the 152-day-only “BAKE WORKS” dessert haven for sweet lovers. Pop-up opens on the 2nd floor of Breeze NANSHAN Atre on October 1st!

Bake’s four popular brands include two making their official Taiwan debut – Chocolaphil, the chocolate pound cake that launched in February this year in Jiyugaoka, the wildly popular Japanese caramel cream-filled biscuits PRESS BUTTER SAND, as well as freshly baked cheese tarts from BAKE CHEESE TART and the new Mini RAPL size. They will take turns appearing over the 5-month period.

The four brands take on a SWEET BOYS fashion show at the storefront, attracting consumers who can enjoy sweets with the trendiest attitude.

“BAKE WORKS” is not to be missed for three big reasons: “Limited during operating period” – it will only be open for 152 days in Taiwan, with the countdown to closing beginning on opening day. “Flavor limited period” – average selling duration for all brands is just 51–101 days, once they’re gone, they’re gone. And “World premiere Taiwan-exclusive new store format.”

The first wave starts on October 1st with Chocolaphil (priced at NT$990 per bar) and BAKE CHEESE TART (priced at NT$70–85 per piece), followed by the second wave starting January 10, 2020, featuring PRESS BUTTER SAND (9-pack and 15-pack prices TBD) and Mini RAPL (price TBD).

Since 2016, BAKE CHEESE TART, ZAKUZAKU stick puffs, and RAPL Pompom fruit have been well received after launching in Taiwan. During that time, Bake also discovered in operating the Taiwanese market that, compared to Japanese consumers’ loyalty to single brands and products, Taiwanese people love trying new things, seeking novel flavors, and are especially crazy about the concept of limited-time offerings.
