Zhenbin Fishing Harbor was originally a long-established fishing port, but it has now transformed into a recreational marina for holidays. The colorful houses along the harbor bring lively colors to this quaint fishing village, and it is even dubbed the "Venice of Taiwan." Within the harbor lies a distinctive café, and its curry rice is a must-try delicacy.

Tumen Café is located in Keelung’s Zhongzheng District at Zhenbin Fishing Harbor, specifically within that row of super cute colorful apartments known as the “Venice of Taiwan.” The entire black exterior of the building prominently features the name “TUMEN” in English, making it highly eye-catching.

Converted from an old apartment, Tumen Café may not have a large interior space, but every corner is incredibly cozy. From the entrance all the way up to the second floor, you’ll find various stylish decorations that create a lovely ambiance.

The small balcony on the second floor is a popular spot. On cool days, diners can enjoy their meals and drinks in this semi-open terrace, gaze at the charming little fishing harbor, daydream, and take great photos—it’s perfect for couples and friends.

In addition to coffee beverages, the café also offers a variety of savory dishes and desserts. Among them, the signature waterless curry is a crowd favorite. As the name suggests, the curry rice contains not a single drop of water—rich yet not greasy, making it irresistible bite after bite. It often disappears quickly, paired with plain white rice.
