Oh Café is a coffee brand founded by Lai Yu-chuan, the 2014 WEC World Coffee Roasting Championship winner. It has branches in Yilan, Hsinchu, Kaohsiung, and Taipei, and has now expanded to Tainan, with its location on Chidong Street near the bustling yet tranquil Chihkan Tower.

The café’s exterior features a modern Japanese style, using wooden tones accented with black to highlight a strong Kyoto vibe. Large floor-to-ceiling windows let in natural light, and the corridor upon entry is adorned with greenery, offering a different kind of beauty even on rainy days. The lofty first-floor space feels spacious and comfortable.

The first floor houses the coffee bar, a row of individual seats, and a cozy Japanese-style room, allowing guests to observe the barista’s daily routine up close while enjoying the garden view outside. The second floor features tatami mat rooms, where travelers can relax more comfortably and enjoy their meals.
