At 8:00 AM on the 6th, the center of Tropical Storm Hagibis was located at 14.8°N, 155.6°E, moving northwest at a speed of 24 km/h. The central pressure was 995 hPa, with maximum sustained winds near the center at 20 m/s and gusts up to 28 m/s. The radius of the gale-force wind area (wind force 7) was 100 km.
