The Breeze Canal is an international-standard waterway designed for competitive rowing and canoeing. It stretches 1,200 meters in length, 140 meters in width, and 3 meters in depth, with eight lanes that are 13.5 meters wide each—meeting all international specifications. It can host international rowing competitions and flatwater canoe sprint events. In addition to being used by athletes and students, some calm-water sections are also open to the general public for activities such as sailing, windsurfing, hydrofoil boarding, and kayaking.

Covering an expansive area of 30.4 hectares, the Flood Diversion Ecological Park features ditches, marshes, tidal ponds, tall grasslands, and recreational lawns. The park is designed primarily as an ecological education area and a habitat for waterfowl, making it a perfect destination for travelers looking to enjoy a day in nature.

Spanning approximately 20 kilometers, the path runs through Sanchong, Luzhou, and Wugu, offering views of the Tamsui River mudflat mangrove areas, sports parks, flea markets, birdwatching spots, Wan Zi Zhen rural ecological zones, Wanshan Tong, lotus and water lily ponds, and Wugu marshland ecological areas. The broad flood diversion channel is an ideal spot for leisure and sports activities during weekends in Sanchong, Wugu, Luzhou, and the wider Taipei area. Bike rentals are available along the route, making it a great place for family outings.

Luzhou’s oldest traditional market has transformed into a renowned night market with a history of over a century, featuring numerous historic houses. The street is home to temples such as Yonglian Temple and Wenwu Public Temple. Yonglian Temple was once the development hub of Luzhou and is now its foodie center, forming the most bustling temple-front commercial area in town. The street is dotted with historic houses, temples, famous local snacks, and long-standing shops. Various markets operate throughout the day, serving as a traditional market in the daytime and transforming into a lively night market after dark.
