Solo BBQ Like！Exclusive kids' meals attract family customers

Want to enjoy BBQ but worried about rounding up friends? The new branch of the popular solo grilling "Yakiniku LIKE," which has taken Japan by storm and now made its way to Taiwan, officially opened on October 19 at Global Mall New Taipei Zhonghe. It launched exclusive opening-period three-day limited-time offers as well as an exclusive kids' meal to attract family customers to come and try it out.

"Yakiniku LIKE" makes its first foray into New Taipei City with the launch at its Zhonghe Global Mall branch. Playing on the Japanese homophones for the numbers "2" and "9" which sound like "meat" (NIKU), the store offered the first 290 customers on opening day, October 19, the chance to enjoy a "Beef Belly Set" for just NT$50. On October 20 and 21, customers spending NT$300 or more in a single transaction received an immediate 10% discount and a 10% off coupon.

This time targeting family customers, Yakiniku LIKE launched an exclusive kids' set meal for Zhonghe: the "Yakiniku LIKE Curry Kids' Meal." It includes a specially developed Taiwanese-only curry sauce, co-created with curry roux brand House, paired with five kinds of vegetables and jelly, allowing kids to enjoy their meal happily while parents can also relax and savor the yakiniku.
