No need to fly to Japan！Tokyo’s ultra-popular souvenir pop-up shop has arrived

Japan’s ultra-popular Tokyo souvenir, PRESS BUTTER SAND, which caused a buying frenzy when it first launched at Breeze Southland’s “BAKE WORKS”  in October 2019, will open a pop-up shop on the first floor of Shin Kong Mitsukoshi Xinyi New World A11 on January 17.

In addition to the must-buy classic caramel butter flavor sandwich cookies, PRESS BUTTER SAND’s pop-up shop is offering for the first time a regionally limited flavor available only through cross-border sales: “Caramel Butter Sandwich Cookies (Uji Matcha),” featuring a crust made with Hokkaido wheat flour mixed with matcha, and a filling that combines slightly bitter matcha cream with caramel butter—perfect for enjoying with hot tea as a delicious afternoon treat. Matcha lovers shouldn’t miss out.

The PRESS BUTTER SAND pop-up shop will be open for a limited 31-day period from January 17 to February 16; the caramel-flavored butter cookies are priced at NT$790 (9 pieces) and NT$1,230 (15 pieces); the matcha-flavored butter cookies are priced at NT$590 (5 pieces) and NT$990 (9 pieces).
