Located in Longqi Township, Tainan, the Niupu Clay Conservation Education Area combines a serene lake surface with chalky hills. At dusk, it attracts many photographers, as well as travelers who come to stroll along the lakeside trails. It takes about two hours to walk around the entire area.

De Yuan Pi Dutch Village in Liuying, Tainan, is characterized by its imitation of the hometown of the famous painter Van Gogh, combined with a rich ecological environment of ponds and wetlands. Ponds, waterways, and green spaces shape the rustic pastoral scenery of De Yuan Pi. Arched bridges, barns, ferry docks, and Dutch windmills standing by the riverbanks make you feel as if you're in the Netherlands. As you stroll, you may even come across oversized wooden shoes and tulips, all of which are photo-worthy attractions for travelers.

Last year, the Moon River Port Lantern Festival attracted 910,000 visitors, becoming Taiwan’s most distinctive lantern festival during the Lunar New Year. This year marks its 10th edition, kicking off on January 18. Through a blend of reality and illusion, multi-faceted storytelling, it overlays historical imagination onto the present. For the first time, augmented reality (AR) technology will be used, allowing different stunning visual effects to be experienced through mobile phone filters.

Located within the Taijiang National Park in Tainan, established over 10 years ago, this is one of Taiwan’s youngest national parks. The park boasts rich natural landscapes and diverse ecosystems. Its conservation area spans both land and sea, and among its highlights is the Sicao Green Tunnel, often referred to as Taiwan’s version of the Amazon jungle. It's one of the hidden gems on Instagram that travelers flock to for photos.
