At the start of 2020, KAKAO FRIENDS will make a special overseas trip to Taiwan. From January 22 to March 8, they will make their adorable debut on the first floor of Kaohsiung’s Dream Mall. This is the first official KAKAO FRIENDS pop-up shop in Taiwan. The event features themed displays with cute and fun designs that will keep your camera busy, plus over 600 adorable and practical merchandise items launched simultaneously with overseas markets. Among them are 130 Taiwan-exclusive limited-edition products, including a collaboration series designed by the trendsetting girl group TWICE, which has been so popular in Korea that it sold out. The first wave of flagship products includes a series of goods designed by the popular girl group TWICE, inspired by themselves. Each of the nine members contributed to designing items in three categories: travel, daily life, and beauty. These align with the theme “Always Together,” conveying their wish to always be there for fans alongside KAKAO FRIENDS.
The “beauty” items were designed by Jihee, Jungyeon, and Mina, featuring a range of girly beauty essentials that only girls would understand. These include a pastel peach makeup bag, an LED-lit handheld mirror, and a cute beauty tool kit containing a makeup sponge, hair clips, and hair curlers. Nayeon, Momo, and Chaeyoung designed “travel” accessories. Must-have travel items include a passport holder and a neck pillow with eye mask set. There’s also a dreamy pastel purple crossbody bag perfect for outings. Not only do they look adorable, but they also come with smart anti-theft features.
The “home & living” collection was created by Tzuyu, Sana, and Dahyun. The series includes high-quality compact eyeglass cases, cute and playful sleep socks, and a soft, warm, and comforting oversized plush blanket designed under the lead of Tzuyu.

Taiwan-exclusive limited-edition products have also been thoughtfully designed for hardworking office ladies and diligent students.
