Among the riverside parks along the Keelung River system, besides Rainbow Riverside Park, Meiti Riverside Park and the two riverside parks on the Left Bank—Guanshan and Yingfeng—not only offer clear views but also let you hear the Taipei 101 and Taipei City Hall New Year’s Eve countdown. Plus, you can also see the Fireworks at Miramar, making it an amazing spot that offers double the fun.
With the twinkling lights of Taipei 101 and the city as a backdrop, along with the reflections of bridges on the river, the view is absolutely dazzling.
Yingfeng Riverside Park
Another highlight of Taipei’s fireworks is definitely the Miramar Fireworks. This year’s Miramar New Year’s Eve fireworks will also last 300 seconds. To capture the stunning display, head to Yingfeng Riverside Park. With its vast open space and wide viewing angle, the interplay of fireworks in the sky and their reflections on the river creates breathtaking scenes that photography enthusiasts simply can’t miss.
